  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit Time: 2–6 business days
  • Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Daily Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Shoppingsavant offers a customer-focused return and refund policy:

  • Return Window: 60 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date
  • Refund Processing: Within 7 business days after inspection
  • Fees: No restocking fees

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Items must be unworn and unwashed
    • Original tags must remain attached
    • Items must be free from stains, odors, or visible wear
