1. Shipping & Logistics
How much does shipping cost? We offer a professional $6.99 flat rate for all domestic orders within the United States. This price remains the same whether you order one T-Shirt or five Jackets.
What is the total delivery time for my order? Most customers receive their orders within 3 – 8 business days. This includes our 1 – 2 day handling time and a 2 – 6 day transit window.
Which carriers do you use? To ensure reliability, we partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the most efficient route to your specific address.
What is the daily order cut-off time? Our daily cut-off is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
How can I track my package? Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier (within the 1–2 day handling window), you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer an industry-leading 60-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your Hoodie or Pants, you have two full months to decide.
Are there any return fees? No. At Shoppingsavant, we do not charge restocking fees or hidden costs. We provide a pre-paid return label for all eligible domestic returns.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
What condition must the clothes be in for a return? Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all Shoppingsavant tags still attached, and free of any scents or marks.
3. Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay).
Which payment method do you recommend? We highly recommend PayPal. It offers an extra layer of security and buyer protection, making your checkout for Polos or Shorts faster and safer.
Is my data secure? Yes. Our Site is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and is fully PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
4. Orders & Modifications
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? We can update your address if you contact us before the 5:00 PM EST cut-off. Once a package has been handed to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we can no longer modify the destination.
Can I cancel my order? If you email support@shoppingsavant.com within the first few hours of your purchase, we have a high success rate for cancellations. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your order upon arrival. If a Jacket or T-Shirt is defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
